I taught myself makeup application, basically by looking at my own eyes and face, taking what little I know about perspectives and shading from drawing/art class way-way-way back in middle school, and watching some very basic tutorials. However, I’ve always known that there were things I’d be missing - and I didn’t feel like shelling out tons of money for full-on makeup artist classes, nor did I know where to start looking on the internet or in the library.
