It is by sparkle alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the powder of mica that the skin acquires shimmer, the lids acquire color, the color becomes a warning....I AM IN CONTROL OF MY ADDICTION!!!

Aromaleigh v1's Alyssum
  • Manufacturer: Aromaleigh v1
  • Availability: March 2009 to early April 2009, as part of Aromaleigh v1's Spring Solstice 2009 collection
  • Color Range: champagne pink shimmer
  • Staying Power: 3 out of 4 stars
  • Cost/Amount: $8 for 1.2 grams
  • Would you purchase again: not sure...it's so very close to Mallow, and I already have many pinks
  • Similar shades:

Alyssum is a soft beige (champagne) pink shimmer. It's lightly pigmented, but does have more color-weight than Mallow, a very similar color also sold in this collection. The color has a soft shimmer even when applied dry, so works well as a highlighter...but has the advantage over Mallow in that it's easier to use this color as an actual color rather than just a highlighting powder.
