Aromaleigh v1's Angelique
  • Manufacturer: Aromaleigh v1
  • Availability: available as part of their Eye Lusters collection
  • Color Range: tauped mauve pearl
  • Staying Power: 3 out of 4 stars
  • Cost/Amount: $6.75 for 1.2 grams
  • Would you purchase again: yes
  • Similar shades: TSS' Define Beauty (exact)

Originally I was overlooking many of the softer pinks in the Eye Lusters collection, intending only to buy Kiki and Diamanda. Then I received a sample of this color and found out that it was a match for a limited-edition shade (from another company) that I'd fallen in love with.

The color is nominally described as "pink fawn", but it's such a soft pink that it's actually a cool pinked neutral. Looking at this color in isolation, you might not know right off the bat whether it's a light pinky brown, or a light brownish pink. Either way, Angelique makes an excellent "all over" color that works well with neutral everyday looks or more sophisticated styles. It's a bit too pigmented to be widely used as a brow or inner-eye highlighter...but only just barely.
