When originally released (late summer 2009), this collection included 20 shades. The collection was taken down in early fall, and made part of the permanent line in December 2010 with 14 of the original 20 shades. This collection included:

• Asphalt — black with pink and gold sparkle
• Concrete Jungle — warm medium taupe with blue sparkle
• Coney Island — green sparkle
• Girl's Night Out — warm purple with green sparkle
• Heat Wave — golden apricot with pink iridescence
• Hoity Toity — pewtered mauve with blue sparkle
• Italian Ice — bright yellow with pink sparkle
• Lady Liberty — pewter-chrome blue shimmer
• Late for Work — cool sapphire blue sparkle
• Neon Lights — tangerine with blue sparkle
• Return to Tiffany's — rich semisheer aqua sparkle
• Socialite — deep rose mauve shimmer
• Skyscraper — deep dirty grey shimmer
• Window Shopping — buff champagne gold sparkle

The shades originally released that did not become part of the "permanent" collection were:

• 24 Hours — golden pink garnet sparkle
• Brownstone — cocoa brown with multicolored sparkle
• Gridlock — midnight blue, teal green, silvery pewter and warm chocolate tones
• Hustle and Bustle — copper brown with green iridescence
• Rooftop Garden — warm green shimmer
• Swelter — tangerine with purple sparkle and pink iridescence
