I wasn't sure how the duochrome Oasis would look as a liner; but I like the effect. Wetlined, it initially had a metallic appearance that gradually - but not totally - softened as the line dried; and putting it over the dark green liner pencil gave the color some depth.

I'm not sure I like the combination of Uptown with Zinnia. I was going for a not-quite-complimentary scheme, and used Zinnia instead of a straight peach to throw some more "change"able color into the mix; but Uptown is a cool, smoked blue-green while Zinnia is a peach-pink with a cool duochrome. I think that might have worked better with either a warn duochrome over-color, or no duochrome in the base color at all.

I do like Beautiful Melodie on the inner 1/3 of the lid. It gives a nice contour, it's a rich autumnal orange, and it goes well with my eyes. (Bare Escentuals classifies Beautiful Melodie as a "red", but I think that it's more a warm burnt orange than an orange-red.)

Oooh, shiny!  I like that metallic effect.  I do enjoy that red/orange color as well…I think it’s a color I could get away with as well.

I’ve used the various Kaleidescope colors as actual colors before, but hadn’t tried them out as liners - not even over a dark-colored pencil. I gave it a shot, and this one worked pretty well!
