Initially when I saw these talked about on other blogs, I wasn't interested. I had quite enough colors, thanksmuch; I really don't need any more. When I first looked them over and saw the relative age of the company (not even a year's steady registration for the domain, unless it shifted registrars...which is possible) and that it had no longstanding collections, I was even less sure. Then I saw the colors on Sirvinya's blog and decided...what the heck, let's check these out. This collection included forty colors, all named after Pokemon characters:
- Acid — bright yellow-green sparkle
- Articuno — icy blue sparkle
- Brock the Rock — chocolate brown shimmer
- Budew — muted grass green with gold shimmer
- Bulbasaur — bright kelly green with gold shimmer
- Butterfree — periwinkle shimmer
- Charmander — golden-pumpkin shimmer
- Clefairy — cool pink sparkle
- Dunsparce — medium-pale yellow with blue shimmer
- Gengor — blackened dark violet with red sparkle
- Golem — rich, dark brown with silver shimmer
- Gyarados — vivid blue shimmer
- Hyper Beam — solid opaque black with silver sparkle
- Jigglypuff — soft pink-lavender shimmer
- Lance the Dragon Trainer — highly pigmented indigo-violet with gold sparkle
- Magneton — soft silver-grey with blue shimmer
- Manectric — baby blue sparkle
- Meowth — copper cream shimmer
- Mew — strawberry-coral pink with gold shimmer
- Mewtwo — sheer dusky purple sheen
- Moltres — dark orange-red with gold sparkle
- Pikachu — vivid sun-yellow with red sparkle
- Poliwrath — deep navy sparkle
- Porygon — highly-pigmented magenta shimmer
- Rapidash — copper-tan shimmer
- Rattata — rich blue-violet shimmer
- S.S. Anne — champagne-peach shimmer
- Seaking — metallic copper shimmer
- Shaymin — coral orange-pink with teal shimmer
- Spinarak — muted lime green shimmer
- Spiritomb — mid-toned purple with green duochrome shimmer
- Squirtle — electric blue shimmer
- Steelix — medium-dark grey with green shimmer
- Sudowoodo — rich brown with green and copper shimmer
- Team Rocket — warm purple shimmer
- Vileplume — muted magenta-salmon with green shimmer
- Vulpix — red-copper-brown shimmer
- Weepinbell — chartreuse-green sparkle
- Wobbuffet — robins-egg blue with pink shimmer
- Zubat — sheer muted deep blue sheen
In addition to the colors I purchased in fullsize, I got samples of Acid, Brock the Rock, Dunsparce, Meowth, Mew, Squirtle, and Sudowoodo.
The color payoff is surprisingly good, they adhere well (a bit of creasing, but no worse than, say, some of Aromaleigh v1's metallic colors), and the prices are excellent. According to the owner, this will be a regularly-available collection, so it's not vanishing in a month or two (yay!!). The finish of most of these colors is very similar to Aromaleigh v1's Eye Lusters, with a similar color payoff.
