Another "effects top coat" from Zoya. This is very, very similar to Shimmer - so similar, in fact, that when viewing a single coat of each side-by-side over a dark nail polish, one cannot tell the difference. It both whites out the underlying polish, and adds a bit of shimmer. I don't know that I'll get additional bottles of either - only because I now effectively have two, and they're so similar I cannot tell them apart. The one saving grace is that they have excellent staying power, and appear to be somewhere between a regular Zoya nail polish and Zoya's Armor in terms of durability - so even though they aren't sold as top coats, they act a bit like top coats. I'll probably use this over some of my darker colors, and try applying it a bit more thinly to see if I can't let a little more of the color show through, than showed through when I applied it atop At Your Quebec and Call (fourth photo, below.)
