Based on Aromaleigh v1’s Perle glow powder collection. That was one collection I didn’t check out, not being a huge user of glow and highlight powders at the time. Now, though, I’m all over that stuff, layering a good glow powder over a cream shadow to make a glowing “no-makeup” eye look, over blushes that look just a little better on me when they’re cooled down or given some pink tones, and over matte blushes when I want a little more depth to the color and finish. I mentioned previously that most of the blushes in the Sylph collection were a little too matte for me? These, or some of Meow’s glow powders (or Bare Escentuals’, or a few of the other companies I regularly shop from) make good “top” layers to add both some color layering, and the faint touch of shimmer that I prefer.
