One of BareMinerals' “cheek tints” - a line of more vivid, intense cheek colors that had less shimmer and more pigmentation than the regular Bare Escentuals blushes. The idea was launched, but aside from three or four colors, it never seemed to gain much traction before the Ready blushes came out.

While these looked like they were intended to be more bold, vivid shades, they applied fairly soft. There was still a richness that most of BareMinerals' other loose powder blushes lacked; but compared to some of the indie blushes I own, these colors are fairly soft. Charm is a hot pink with no overt shimmer. The color is buildable, so if you wanted two spots of bright pink you could achieve it…though you'd probably need to use a fixative spray, to keep the additional layers from slowly fading out as they day went on.
