So is it blue-silver or silver-blue? This color is right on the borderline between the two. Photos show it looking blue; but when repotting, I noticed the brown-sooty residue on the sides of the original pots. Yes, the color can look blue; but it honestly looks more like dirty chrome. The “blue” isn't enough to cause problems with warmer-toned folks or those who are not friends with blue eyeshadow; the color is not “grey” enough to be grouped instantly with the grey shades. Applied dry it's a medium cool grey sheen; applied wet you see more of the resemblance to chrome.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.
