In 2009, BE and Sephora inked a deal that would make all new buxom products exclusive to Sephora. Shortly after that, the former QVC-exclusive buxom colors began showing up at Sephora stores, and the other buxom products (lip balm, eyeliner, lip pencil, buxom mascara) followed. The line was culled in 2011, with the full-color Buxoms being whittled down extensively; and the rest of the collection slowed its expansion.
I like these lip polishes because they’re not so slippery-feeling. They are a bit sticky, which drives lots of people batty; but I’d rather have a tiny bit of sticky than feel like my lips are smeared in jelly.
