BareMinerals’ Dandelion

This is the palest color of the Three Wishes kit, but it's not semisheer like so many other light Bare Escentuals colors have been. It can be used as a highlighter or brow shade if you use a light touch in application, but it's pigmented enough to use anywhere on the lid and work fine without having to layer it on. (I wonder how a light color like this would look wetlined as a liner, with a dark lid shade..?)
