All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Color Club’s Meet Me In Paradise collection

Saturated and quasi-tropical, this collection seems like a strategic subset of the Poptastic collection. The warm colors are neon or near-neon, the cool colors are more bold than bright. Island Vibes is the deepest shade and the only matte, and it kind of anchors the collection. The formula of Island Vibes is a little more finicky than the others, but that’s the same with all of those semi-opaque matte shades.

When buying the colors from this collection, I chose not to get Beach Please! because I already had quite a few neon and bright pinks from Color Club. I also chose to bypass Palm to Palm because it looks like a slightly lighter, slightly more neutral version of Color Club’s other medium-deep green cremes.
