It is by sparkle alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the powder of mica that the skin acquires shimmer, the lids acquire color, the color becomes a warning....I AM IN CONTROL OF MY ADDICTION!!!

Another gorgeous shade from Concrete Minerals. Based on the photos on their site, I thought that this color might appear smokier. It does have some smoky undertones to it, but it's more of a blued indigo than a smoky indigo. It doesn't significantly change color intensity whether applied wet or dry, though the shimmer is more apparent when the color is foiled.

When I purchased this color from their webstore, it was $7. Recently Concrete Minerals has changed the price of their full size shadows to $6.99...so really, they're still $7. The pricing change is a marketing gimmick that a lot of stores use: price something at dollarvalue.99 or even dollarvalue.89, and consumers will only really retain the "dollarvalue" portion of the pricing.
