It's a very soft shade, but it's got good coverage. It's totally opaque. It can be worn as a sheer wash easily enough, by applying it more lightly and with a fiber-optic brush. The pink and gold shimmer over the pale aqua produces some interesting effects if this is either brushed or swept over a dark shadow base like deep navy or jet black.

This is a cool color, so people with golden skintones or gold- or red-undertones may have problems wearing this shade, or any lighter blue or aqua-blue color.

I can see this working well with peach-pinks, neutral and cooler greys, medium browns, possibly some paler yellows. Most warm colors (like reds or warmer purples) will not match up well.
