Maybelline’s Shimmering Sea Color Tattoo cream shadow

This is a repromote/rename of last summer's duotone Seashore Frosts, one of the better performing semisheer duotone shadows from the Summer 2013 LE Color Tattoo collection. I do wish that they had either kept the same name, or gone ahead and tweaked the color a bit (made the blue more opaque, for example; or had a purple duotone instead of red.)

On the upside, I was able to snag a few more of these, which I very much loved the first time around. I know that because of the semisheer color, these Color Tattoos were not everyone's favorite thing ever. Many of the other similar CTs were less than thrilling for me…but I very much loved both Seashore Frosts and Cool Crush.
