Most of these are matte, but some have a degree of sparkle or shimmer - especially the newer colors. Pigmentation and color payoff are generally stronger than the IdealEyes, ModernEyes, or CatEyes; but not all of the Feliners are 100% opaque. A few (a very few) are about on par with the average ModernEyes color payoff levels, while more are closer to the VandalEyes level of color payoff with the majority being totally opaque and very pigmented. Of Meow’s “regular line” collections, this is my favorite in terms of color range and pigmentation levels.

When I first began buying from Meow, these colors were exclusively sold in 10-gram jars ($10.25 for 2 grams.) In 2010 Meow announced on their message board that they had plans to move to the 5-gram jar sizes for these colors, and in fall 2011 they began selling the colors exclusively in 5-gram jars as the 10-gram jar stock was depleted. The per-unit cost is higher - but for folks who prefer to purchase lesser amounts, this probably makes more sense.
