The Firefly blushes are kind of like some of the “marbled baked” blushes - you can see the several different colors that make up the shade, and it's hard to classify the colors. Glisten is neutral enough that it works with most cooler-toned skin, but has enough warmth to work well with lightest-gold to medium-gold skintones. It works best for skintones closer to neutral and medium (pink, gold, olive) but also looks good on medium-deep cool and neutral skin. It's got enough blush and enough color payoff that it's not invisible, but it won't be overpowering either. If this doesn't quite work for you as a blush, you might be able to wear it as an eyeshadow. (Yep. It's that pigmented. Or it can be.)
