Meow Cosmetics’ Head Shot

I bought this color a few years ago, when the collection first came out. (And then I put it in my “to be swatched” backlog-box and there it stayed. Until I forgot that I'd bought it, and wondered why I was sure that I had.) This is a good solid maroon, similar to BE's Here Kitty but a bit more saturated.

I love maroon eyeshadows and liners. They're a nice alternative to black and dark brown or even navy. There are also some similar shades in Meow's own lineup - Kamikaze, from the Feliners collection - but they're not exactly alike. If you love maroon eyeshadows, you'll need them both. If you're just okay with them, one is enough - if you don't want any shimmer at all, go with Kamikaze. If you want a bit of shimmer without a full metallic finish, grab Head Shot when it's next available.
