NYX Cosmetics’ Jumbo Eye Pencil in Black Bean

This is a great base color or liner. It's easy to apply, it goes on evenly and it sets in half a minute or so. The color may not precisely be inspired, and if you're looking for “patent-leather black” this might not work for you…but it's a solid black pencil that costs less than a latte.
