Sephora’s Colorful Shadow Liner in Downtown Girl

I hoped that this color might be a little deeper…but it’s an interesting shade. It’s almost Easter-ish - a slightly deeper, more-saturated pastel. The coverage and color payoff are both solid, and it blends decently. This is one of the slightly newer matte-finish pencils (these were added to the lineup around 2014, I think) but because of how the light acts when it hits the color, it almost looks like a satin finish.
