The SheSpace’s Crisp White Shirt

Excellent straight white matte color, good for lightening a dark color you want to tone down or for use as a brow highlighter.

Snowcapped, the other pure white pigment available from TSS, is a bright white with shimmer. Crisp White Shirt is a velvet matte. The color payoff is good, it blends easily. I have not been as successful using this as a liner powder, but someone determined enough might be able to make it work.
