This is close to being a dark navy polish, but the teal shows more clearly in some lights, or when it’s next to something that truly is navy blue. This polish formula is one of the better ones from Color Club - and most of their polishes have a pretty good formula. This one applies so very easily and levels out well. I didn’t have any problems with brushstrokes, and it cured fairly quickly. The color was solidly...
This was one of the colored mascaras that I was most excited to try! The formula on this one is actually a bit better than others (the yellow is either thin and patchy or chunky as hell), but it still leaves some blank spots, and it does transfer to my lids a bit too easily. I’m still happy to have it, though: I can use this as the first coat under the blue and red and even wine mascaras...
I really do not like this mascara. Actually, to be precise…I really do not like this mascara wand. Sure it’s curved, and it has bristles above and below. But it’s flat, like a spatula! Mascara is not, in my opinion, something that should be applied to your lashes using the same method as applying schmear to a bagel.
This is one of my least favorite of the Color Sensational lip colors that I’ve tried. The color is very sheer - it’s more like a balm than a lip stick. I don’t know if that was intentional or if the formula of the stick I got was just bad. It acts more like the Cover Girl lipsticks that I’ve tried: slippery consistency, sheer or semi-sheer coverage.
This blush has the strongest, most visible shimmer of the four original colors in this blush collection. The color is a buff mauve, almost a “rose gold” blush, if you don’t mind that there’s a very soft “gold” and an even softer “rose”. This shade happens to look very good with my coloring - perhaps the best of all of the blushes. This is like a more mauve version of Tarte’s Blushing Bride.
This is, for me, a great neutral shade! It almost has a high-gloss finish to it. Its formula is just a little on the thick side, so it needs more drying time between coats. I can see this as a tone-on-tone manicure background - maybe this with an ivory.
This color is more of a topper or an effects coat than a standalone nail polish. It has a little bit more color than Tulle Kit, and the sparkle particles are much smaller and more densely packed; but I still didn’t get full opacity even with three coats.
