Milani Cosmetics’ Shadow Eyez pencil in Snowy White

Not a brilliant white, nor an oyster or cream shade. Just…white, with a matte finish. It applied well, even if it did take a second pass to get fully opaque coverage. I like this limited-edition white better than the “regular” shade, which is a white metallic that doesn't cover quite as well.
