I would see people using this as a shadow base in many of their looks, talking about how they loved it, and I wondered: “What's the big deal? I mean, I'm not completely getting it.” Ah, pure bright white creme - okay, got it. It acts as a base, to help shadows adhere a bit better; but it also makes the entire look brighter, makes the colors appear more vivid. This is a brighter white than Cottage Cheese, and non-metallic besides, so it applies more smoothly. This will crease on me if I don't use a proper base or primer under it, because of my super-oily lids.
