Painted Phalanges’ You Know What FINE Stands For?

The slate blue is the predominant color here, and while there are multicolored iridescent flakies, they’re subtler than those in other polishes. The polish applied very easily and it’s a base color that I like. I wish that the flakies had been bolder and possibly cooler, but since they weren’t, ‘unobtrusive’ is a very good second.
