Sally Hansen’s Lime Lights

This is another color like VIP Pink, like Blizzard Blue, like Virtual Violet: it's semisheer, it's great for layering, but if you want to wear it by itself you've got to use A LOT of coats (4 or 5, depending on how thick the coats are.) Like Virtual Violet, this color also has a bit of a duochrome thing going on. At certain angles, it looks like I've got mannequin-hands, or like I'm wearing pale brown polish on my nails. You can see the quasi-duochrome effects in the second set of photos below.

This color is marked as discontinued - so if you want some, better scour your nearby stores. I happened upon a bottle at a particular store near me, and went back the next day and bought two more bottles when I found out that the color was marked as “discontinued”. I'm looking forward to using this over some of my less-loved greens, darker greens, and even a darker blue. I've seen other people use it over black, and the result looks amazing; but I would like to see what this color does over Zoya's Shawn or Envy or even Ibiza.
