Sephora’s Colorful Shadow Liner in Mauve Shimmer

This jumbo eye pencil shade is so, so close to Frill, from ColourPop's winter 2015 holiday kit. Sadly, it's a thicker pencil, so it isn't as easy to get fine-line application.
