All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Aromaleigh v2’s Lumine highlighter

A cooler red with a soft pearl finish that is very sheer, and not easily buildable. It doesn’t quite work on its own - for me - as a highlighter; I have used it over another highlighter color to get an intensified color payoff. It can also warm up a neutral blush when applied over the top, as a kind of effects layer.

This entire collection is one of the few that survived the transition from Aromaleigh v2 (under new management, with the former owner still in a creative role) to v2.1 (the former owner’s resumption of full control). I’m glad that it stayed in the lineup. It’s got a variety of softer highlighters that I haven’t seen at other indie vendors except Meow Cosmetics.
