This almost acts like two distinct colors. Dry application gives a medium lilac with gold shimmer, and foiling makes the base color lean more mauve…and the gold is more visible. This is similar to soft purple/gold duotone eyeshadows put out by a few other companies, with a slightly brighter base color. If you want a light lilac, there are lots of companies that make that color, and I think Aromaleigh even has some other purples in this exact shade. ALWAYS wear this one foiled, though. That gives it the best effects IMHO - both the gold metallic finish/duotone, and the darker mauve-purple base shade.
