BareMinerals’ A Bare Affair kit

A lovely, changeable, gently textured set that can look subdued and elegant, or a bit more vamped up (foil the eye colors and use a heavier hand with the blush). This is another of the (many) BE kits I acquired piecemeal from Ebay - it was released before I bought my first bit of BE, though not too long (less than six months.) Gala blush is one of the prettier blushes from Bare Escentuals (in my opinion)...and sadly, it’s not part of their regular line as of June 2009. Neither Champagne nor Elegance is currently available from BE individually, and I think it’s a shame. The brush was not one of my favorites, and I passed on getting this one. (I like some doublehanded brushes…but not larger ones for my face. Can’t tell you why. It’s just a weird personal quirk.)
