An even mixture of Nude Beach and Red Velvet Cake. Originally created by BE fan mislaurah, and released in the Custom Blends Volume II kit. Red Velvet Cake is a bit on the nearly-invisible side. It sheers out a lot compared to the color you'd expect to see when applied, especially when you apply it dry. Interestingly enough, though…when they add Nude Beach, the color is softened but the whole thing has a bit heftier color payoff. I have no idea how that works, I just know that it does…

Thus far, I think this is the only color from the three Custom Blends eyeshadow kits, to be re-released in any other BE kit. (Angel Food Cake was again available in the Ulta-exclusive Thank You, You're So Sweet kit. And since most of the other colors had already been released in at least two other kits or even in the regular line, I'm guessing that this was the color that was meant to drive purchases of that kit.)
