BareMinerals’ Bright Radiance glow powder

Very pale pink, almost an iridescent pink, with minimal shimmer. This is definitely a highlighter/effects powder. so even though it's lighter than even the palest blushes that BE puts out, people with deeper skintones will still get a comparable effect when wearing this one. It won't just disappear into your skin; it will give you a smooth iridescent pink glow with the barest hint of color. (Just make sure not to wear it over cool-toned blushes unless you've tested the layering to make sure that the combined effect works for your particular skin tone and personal preferences.)
