BareMinerals’ Chicory

When I started wearing eyeshadow, I would have said that muted green would not look good on my eyes. And it's still one of the colors that I tend to shy away from choosing - either to buy, or to wear. But it really looks amazingly good on my eyes, and brings out the blue. This color, or deep purples, actually works better for eyelining and emphasis than blacks or greys (which is what so many people swear by.)

Photos that show how the product actually performs...! See how I create my swatches

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.

Some of BE's shadows are rather sheer, some are fairly pigmented. This one falls in the middle, towards the “more pigmented” side.
