This doesn't appear to have been part of any kit, ever. (Though knowing that the company was headquartered in San Francisco, pairing this up with Nob Hill and Cable Car seems a good ad-hoc “kit” and I wonder why it wasn't marketed. The names have a common theme, and the colors even work together!)
