There's some depth to this color - it's more like a shadow on snow, almost periwinkle-ish. This color is a very soft matte finish, and it's actually got color payoff and decent adhesion (which isn't always the case with matte eyeshadows, from any company.) This is a cool blue. I think that people with warmer skintones may have difficulty wearing this blue. I think that for me, this shade will work best as an inner-lid accent color, or lightly brushed atop a deep cream shadow or eye pencil.
