BareMinerals’ Mambo

Bare Escentuals at one time had several dance-themed eyeshadows that would rotate in and out of its regular lineup: Alley Cat, Bunny Hop, Charleston, Cha-cha, Flamenco, Mambo, Salsa… Most of the colors were “glimpses”, meaning that they were semisheer or a little sheerer. As a color, Mambo fit into the lineup. It was about a 3/5 opacity, had a small amount of shimmer but not a definitive “shimmer” finish, more like subtle shimmery highlights.

Mambo is a yellow-green that wouldn't look good on me - it doesn't work too well with my coloring. This is semisheer, and a softer shade, so I can wear it in small doses as a minor accent. Mambo was on the Last Chance selection page for quite a while, and was at the boutiques in a kit with two other eyeshadows.
