BareMinerals’ No-Eye-Deer

The shade reminds me of one of the blues in a Sleek palette - I think the one in Lagoon? At any rate, it's close to colors that I have from other indie vendors as well…but no exact dupes. When I reach for blues, I reach for either deeper navies, or blues that lean more turquoise or periwinkle. This is not a color that I find myself wearing easily, or reaching for often - and that's all down to the shade, not the quality of the shadow.
