This feels like another “put a bunch of items together and see if we can get rid of this remaining inventory” kit. Everything had previously been released - some items had previously been part of the regular lineup available for individual purchase, and had been either discontinued or rotated out of the boutiques. These kits don’t come along at announced times, and if you’ve got a lot of BE already chances are good that you’ll own over half of the pieces. But for someone who’s new to makeup, this is a great way to get a lot of pieces (that don’t all necessarily coordinate, mind) for a rather low price.
