BareMinerals’ Pure Pleasures kit

BareMinerals/Bare Escentuals releases a collection like this…oh, every other year or thereabouts. It’s a nice way to either flesh out an existing makeup collection, or introduce someone to BE. The colors included are usually a mix of currently-available-for-purchase shades, and colors that have been out of circulation for a bit. The color palette isn’t always super-cohesive, but each color can be matched with at least one other color in the kit.

When this kit came out, Caviar, Madras, Magnetize and Pamper had not been in circulation for quite a while. Classic Rock had been in a Sephora-exclusive kit the previous year. The other four colors were available for individual purchase through all channel partners.

This kit contained:

  • Black Pearl
  • Caviar
  • Classic Rock
  • Cultured Pearl
  • Madras
  • Magnetize
  • Pamper
  • Shantung
  • True Gold
