BareMinerals’ Round the Clock Eyeliner collection

When these were originally released back in 2012, people had varied reactions to them. They replaced the completely retractable Big and Bright liners, and these not only had to be sharpened, the product is much softer. It’s harder to get or maintain a sharp point on the pencils. On the decided up side, these set well and stay in place. The same cannot be said for the Big and Brights, nor for the liners that followed them - the “Lasting Liners”, which most decidedly did not last.

I loved these liners because they were easy to apply and to smudge or blend, and once they set, these stay on my lids all day. I was glad when they came back!

Despite the collection name, there were never a full range of 24 pencils. I don't know if BE ever plans to release more colors in this lineup. I know that they had a few "kit-exclusives" in this liner collection during its first release. Apparently, not only were these eyeliners released twice, with slight variations in available shades between the releases...the original UK line had a few differences from the original US lineup. So...yeah. More than ten pencils. (Noon was part of the original US lineup, and it's nowhere to be found in the current US lineup.
