BareMinerals’ Round the Clock Eyeliner in Noon

I really wanted this color to work as well as the other RTC liners. But…it doesn't. It's harder, less easy to apply, and prone to skipping. (Possibly that's because this is from the original lineup, released in 2012…so this pencil is four years old.) I like the color, I just don't love this particular shade of this product's properties.
