From comments I've been able to find online, this was the least-liked of the 2009 Customer Blends collection. So of course it's the one that keeps getting brought back. Shangri La is a blend of other existing BE eyeshadows, but since I didn't buy this kit when it came out I don't have the card so I can't put the “recipe” here. I'll keep looking, though…

It's a fairly straightforward taupe with a shimmer finish and decent color payoff. I kind of wish the finish was a little smoother, though not a full pearl, more of a roughened satin. It would make the shadow a little more versatile.
