It's a semitranslucent iceberg blue that shades to green at certain angles and contains red microflakes and microglitter. I needed three coats to really see all the effects, and four coats to see them at their best - but this polish is an amazing multichrome!! You get these effects under indoor lighting as much as you do sunlight, so - unlike some polishes - you're not restricted to only getting the most out of it for a few months a year.
