Beauty from the Earth’s Belle of the Ball

Similar to Playful, which was brought back when BFTE reopened; but Belle of the Ball is a little deeper, a little cooler, closer to the “purple” side of periwinkle. Belle is also a matte finish, and has good color payoff that doesn't fade over the course of a day (as long as I use primer on my super-oily lids.)
