Beauty from the Earth’s Paris

A cool-ish red, not a magenta-red but almost like a rouged fuchsia. The finish is fairly rough, more of a “sparkle” than a “shimmer” to my way of thinking. This shadow isn't necessarily a glitter bomb. I don't get tons of fallout without a sealant. It also doesn't have quite as much of the light-refracting properties that I'd normally associate with a sparkle finish.

I like the color because it's a cooler red, it's not neon-bright nor vampy. It really looks good with blue-grey eyes.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeshadow in the pot; top right, the eyeshadow mixed with water and applied to bare skin; bottom left, the eyeshadow applied dry over primer.

People with warm or golden skintones may not be able to wear this color, even though it doesn't have overt purple tones. It's just definitely a cooler red. If the gold tones in your skin are close to neutral, you can probably wear it if you're careful about what other colors you wear along with this shade.

This color wasn't marked as not being lip-safe, so if you fell in love with the shade and wanted to add it to lip gloss you'd probably be fine.
