Almost a less blue version of BFTE's Meteor Shower: same finish, similar color payoff. This is another shade that would work well with BE's Velvet Blueberry, because then the matte blue looks like an extension of this shade's underlying color. I definitely have to wear this foiled, or over a cream base, though, to avoid fallout. (This happens with just about all sparkly eyeshadows, though, so it's not a particular plus or minus.)
