Buxom Plumpline in Femme Fatale

If you’ve long been looking for a truly neutral but bright pink lip liner and color, grab this! It’s not the least expensive, but it’s a very good value: once the lip color goes on, it fades more slowly than so many other bright lip colors. Aside from this shade not being one that I’d wear too often, this liner doesn’t keep as sharp an edge as some of the other Plumpliner colors.
