Cherry Culture’s Jumbo Shadow Liner in Access

This is such an utterly gorgeous blue!!

Sadly, it doesn't stay in place very long. These pencils just don't cure worth a damn. And that's very sad, because they've got a lot of really pretty shades…like this one. (If anyone knows any tricks to try, to get will-not-cure-for-a-good-30-minutes liner pencils to stay put, I would very much love to know about it. Some of the shades I got from this line have equivalents in other lines that -=do=- stay in place. This color, though…really not many eye pencils out there that are this precise shade.)
