Cherry Culture’s Jumbo Shadow Liner in Studio

This could have been such a lovely, interesting blue! It wasn't too deep navy, it wasn't too bright. It applied evenly.

Sadly, while it was all of those things, it has almost no staying power. Keep in mind, this is medium blue - a color that, no matter what the medium, tends to want to stain or at least leave behind some trace of its application.
